EBMC's IREM?Internship

We’re pleased to share a new scholarship available to support IREM members working in affordable housing and to advance professionalism within the affordable housing sector. The Eugene Burger Scholarship for Affordable Housing covers 75% of the member tuition rate for up to three ARM certification courses or exams.

This scholarship is funded through the Community Housing Opportunities Organization (CHOC) in honor of Eugene Burger, CPM? (1933 – 2021). As anemployee, you know that Gene was a real estate management legend. He was a thought leader, a role model, an educator, and a champion of the affordable housing industry. He served as IREM’s President in 1981 and as the IREM Foundation’s President from 1988-1989. We encourage you to take advantage of this great opportunity!
