EBMC is proud of earning and maintaining AMO status continuously since 1969.

This designation, conveyed by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), is reserved for firms that attain the highest standard in achievement in professional real estate management.

The rigorous qualifications that EBMC meets for this designation include continuous leadership by a Certified Property Manager (CPM), owning and/or managing a portfolio of specified size, meeting stringent insurance and bonding requirements, and maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards.
